Our contractor called me with the BEST news this morning – our new windows and doors are finally here! That means as soon as it stops raining, they will be able to start installing the windows, which means all the subsequent steps – drywall, floors, paint, cabinets, etc. – are that much closer to being started.
The contractor keeps promising that this project will be finished by Thanksgiving… I was beginning to doubt that it would happen, but the windows arriving a tiny bit early certainly increases my optimism.
Great news on an other dreary, rainy day. Hooray!

Are you guys relocating to Disneyland? Because I swear those windows are part of “its a small world.” Beautiful and colorful.
And you know I’m all for optimism.
