On the way home from the baseball game last night, Matt and I got to talking about all of Josiah’s “firsts” that happened this week –
- First meal in a restaurant (barbeque of course!)
- First movie (a local theater did a “mommy matinee” with babies welcome. They were showing the documentary “Babies,” appropriately enough)
- First baseball game (Springfield Cards v. Arkansas Travelers. He made it through the 7th inning stretch before we decided it was time to head home)
- First time sleeping through the night (although keep in mind that’s technically only 5 hours , he was completely exhausted from getting passed around to a million relatives at a very loud & crowded graduation party, and it hasn’t happened again)
Not too shabby for a 6 week old! Now, on to week 7…
It looks a little nippy at the game. Good thing you had all the Cardinals gear for your little guy. After his busy week I think he’s about up for anything!
