Fit mamas?

Now I have a baby and I’m slowly but surely easing back into work. (12 hours last week, 16 hours this week.) Do any mamas out there have advice on how to fit in some exercise along with taking care of baby and work?

  1. Ummmm, I currently do not have a child, but here is what I am thinking. Use little Josiah as a weight and do some curls and squats with him. I am sure the movement will rock him to sleep…while giving you a great workout. Also, I know of a few guys that I bike with that may have taken their 2-month-old baby out in one of those baby buggies that attaches to the back of your bike. Granted the mothers of the children completely flipped when they found out–but I have seen the babies and they looked like they survived without toooooo much damage.
If that falls, tell Kerner to step-up the game!

  2. Steven Kerr took his little girl on runs using some sort of magic no-bounce carriage that you push in front. I bet he’d love to chat you up about it–find him on my friend list on FB if he’s not on yours.
