Let’s start out by clearing up a couple of common misconceptions:  First, my name is Sarah, not Zarah.  But I do use Zarah as is my superhero/alter ago/blogger/commenter/twitter name.  Second, I didn’t really drop out of beauty school.  (Or graduate for that matter.)  I named the blog after my favorite song from the musical Grease. Gotta love some vintage Travolta, right?  (Oh Saaaaan-dee….)

I am a municipal attorney by day; I spend the rest of my time as a wife, mama, friend, sister, runner, newbie weightlifter, knitter, reader, Christian, terrible but enthusiastic dancer,  healthy/hippie cook and baker, and worm farmer.
